1、根据公司当前情况，建立适合公司发展的法务工作流程；

2、负责为公司提供法律服务及咨询，为公司起草部分合同协议；

3、了解公司合同管理情况，优化合同审批和履行流程，审核合同；

4、监督公司重要合同洽谈及招投标等工作，提出相应法律意见，在过程中利用法律手段维护公司权益；

5、负责为公司重大项目提供法律支持，起草部分协议；

6、负责处理公司内法律纠纷、法律问题，提出法律意见；

任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，法律相关专业；

2、3年以上法务相关工作经验，具备法律从业资格；

3、熟悉公司法、合同法、经济法等方面的法律法规；

4、扎实的法律功底，良好的沟通和协调能力，较强的文字表达能力；
