1.Scheduling,tracking,driving,leadingnewprojectintoproductionphase;buildteam,makeschedule,assigningtasks,holdmeetingtolistandclosetheopenitems,controlthestatus,andmakesurethetaskscanbefinishedintime.
2.Tobethecontactwindowbetweencustomerandteam,bringclearobjectivesfromcustomertoteam,alsoreplycustomerwithoptimizedanswers,tomaketheprojectrunningsmooth,makecustomersatisfy.
3.Coordinateinternalhumanresource,makerelationshipharmonybetweeneachteam,tomakeourcolleaguesmorepositive.
4.Leadingtosolvetheissuesduringprojectdevelopphase.
5.Responseforpurchasinganddelivery,leadingtosolvetheissueduringtheseprocesses.

1.制定项目计划，跟踪完成，驱动相关部门，带领新项目进入量产阶段；组建项目小组，制定项目计划，分配相关任务，按时组织会议来列出并关闭项目中的未完成事项，控制项目状态，确保所有的项目工作可以按时完成。
2.成为客户与公司内部的沟通窗口，清楚的把客户的要求转达到公司内部，同时提供客户最优化的回复，确保项目运行顺利，满足客户要求。
3.协调公司内部人力资源，润滑各部门之间的合作，激励相关项目成员工作积极。
4.带领团队解决项目开发中的问题。
5.负责项目开发过程中的相关采购及交付，及时处理相关问题。



职位要求requirementofrecruitment

1.Atleast5yearsexperienceinprojectmanagementrelatedtoautomobileindustry.
2.Knowledgeforstamping,inspection,andrelatedprocesses.
3.KnowledgeforTS16949andVDAsystem,internalauditorispreferred.
4.KnowledgeforAPQPandPPAP.
5.Goodskillforcommunication,Englishoralandwritten;knowledgeforMSofficeandprojectsoftware.
6.KnowledgeforIMDSandCAMDS.

1.至少5年汽车行业项目管理经验
2.具有冲压，检测及相关的工艺的知识
3.TS16949以及VDA流程体系经验，具有内审员资格优先考虑
4.APQP以及PPAP相关知识
5.良好的沟通技巧，熟练的英语口语，写作能力，会使用微软办公软件及项目软件
6.IMDS以及CAMDS相关经验。
